This course will examine "The five levels of Leadership.” It will explore what it takes to achieve greatness as a leader. It also provides attendees with the necessary skills to be effective negotiators and use appropriate interpersonal skills to communicate effectively during conflict and how to minimize its risk. In addition, using the art of coaching, this course helps executives raise their potential and level of performance and get the most out of their team. Furthermore, participants will learn how to leverage a variety of techniques to stay focused and act more decisively under pressure; they will learn how to develop a solid action plan to keep their head above water, make immediate improvements and achieve measurable results.

We'll explore what it takes to achieve greatness as a leader, and we'll discuss strategies that you can use to move up to this top level of leadership to move up to this top level of leadership.

This workshop provides Executives and Managers with the necessary skills to be an effective negotiator and to constructively manage conflict both within organization and with partners and clients. The delegates will learn to recognize their own negotiation styles and conflict modes, as well as those of others they deal with on a daily basis. Further, they will be equipped with the tools and strategies necessary for dealing with daily business interactions and with difficult people, alleviating their concerns, and neutralizing contentious situations.

In a fast paced economy, managers / leaders are expected to apply a coaching attitude in developing their team members.

Coaching requires new sets of skills for managers, as planning, and decision making should be left to the coachee to make, while the coach merely acts as a catalyst and a facilitator.
