By understanding the benefit of using both short-range and long-range analyses and forecasts, this workshop will show how effective advanced forecasting and budgeting can greatly affect the bottom line. The delegates will acquire an enhanced understanding of the role of forecasting and budgeting methods in strategic planning. They will learn all the necessary skills needed to operate at an advanced level within their organization, and to allocate resources across different departments and products portfolio. They will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the limitations of the forecasts that they produce, communicate within those forecasts, plan and organize the production or order plans and prioritization within an operational team, as well as learn tips and tools for a better return on investment related to the product/business life cycle.
